Refund policy

At TKO Armor, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.

Once your return request is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as TKO Armor is not responsible for lost return packages.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
